Terms of Service — MyTribute

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MyTribute ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

To create a tribute, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the Platform. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Platform require payment. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., M-Pesa). Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyTribute and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyTribute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
